December always hits like a sprint. Things like blog updates get back-burnered pretty quickly, but don’t think I’ve forgotten about you.
The cartoon above sums up the way things inevitably go by this time each year. I always start off the Christmas season filled with the promise of getting everything right before the year disappears. It’s the last chance before the calendar flips, when your business finally gets into the black, your yearly resolutions produce proof, and you right all sorts of year-long wrongs. And then reality kicks in. Still, I’ll give myself at least a “B+” for effort. It’s only the 21st, and things are starting to come together.
